I am severely sorry I missed this show. I have a huge crush on Gull. The poster is nice though. I love the illustration, but when exactly is the show and what’s with the phone number? Maybe I haven’t missed the show. Is the 21st of this month a Tuesday? There is still hope.

This show was crazy. Hail Hydra went on first andplayed the best set I’ve seen them play. They seem to have finally found their sound and it’s loud and gritty and awesome. We (Mouthbreather) went on second and played a short set. This was the second show in town we’ve played with our new drummer, Chris. Brainworms played a great set with a lot of songs off the new record, Swear To Me (which is totally worth checking out!). Hex Machine played the best set I’ve seen them play, which was deadfening and super heavy.

The main attraction was Young Widows, and Richmond showed up. This is one of the most impressive bands playing around in my opinion as far as heavy music goes. Despite some power difficulties they handled it without even batting an eyebrow. They killed it and everyone left with their minds blown.
