This is the first time I’ve seen the work of Richmond Artist Elizabeth Childress, and it vaguely reminded me of the illustration work of Frans Boukas. So I called Frans and asked his opinion. Frans loves mushrooms and he also pointed out that the morphing dog heads are a reference to a Slayer t-shirt he has from the Clash of the Titans tour.
